The Dalton Arts Project
The Dalton Arts Project is committed to the presentation of professional quality dance and arts projects our community with the goals of providing local dancers, choreographers, artists, and musicians a showcase for their works as well as providing aspiring young artists with varied performance opportunities. The Dalton Arts Project desires to reach a broad audience through our annual community “Nutcracker” performances, other dance performances by our Dalton Dance Company, and through our outreach of special performances for and projects with deserving youth in our community such as the Georgia Sheriff’s Youth Home for Girls, Friendship House, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Boys and Girls Club, and the Crisis Center. Our schedule of performances will provide the professional and young artists with opportunities to learn, perform, and showcase both classical and contemporary works while providing the Northwest Georgia audiences with diverse and entertaining programs to enjoy.
